Terms & Conditions
These terms set out what you’re buying when you buy the Decoding Session, what needs to happen before we meet, and what happens to your payment if plans change. If anything is unclear, write to me at hola@angelsperez.com and I’ll answer it.
1. Who you’re buying from
The Decoding Session is delivered by me, Angels Perez, through my company:

In these terms, “I” and “me” mean Angels Perez acting for Wildwo Holistic OÜ. “You” means the person who buys.
2. What you’re buying
The price is shown at checkout before you pay. It includes:
- One 90-minute one-to-one Decoding Session with me by video call. Before we meet, I review your health intake form and lab results. During the session, we’ll go through your results alongside your cycle, symptoms and health history, and I’ll talk you through what I’m seeing and what I think is relevant for your fertility.
- Your personalised Decoding Map, which I’ll send you within ten working days after your session. It brings together what I found, what I recommend you work on first and why, and your personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, including how to get started.
- Access to my practitioner supplement directory, where you can buy recommended supplements at a client discount.
The price doesn’t include follow-up sessions, ongoing support or check-ins after I send your Decoding Map, unless we agree to those separately.
Supplements and any blood tests you need are not included in the price and are paid for separately.
3. Supplements and commissions
When you buy supplements through my practitioner directory, you receive a client discount and I may earn a commission from your purchase.
You don’t have to use the directory. You can buy your supplements elsewhere if you prefer. If you do, please use the same brand where possible. If that isn’t available, look for the same dose and form, with the same excipients (the other ingredients in the capsule or powder). Those details are part of the reason I chose that particular product for you.
4. The Duo: adding your partner’s session
If you’d like your partner to have his own Decoding Session, you can add his session after you buy yours. The price is shown before you pay.
Your partner gets his own Decoding Session, just as you do. He completes his own health intake form and sends me his own lab results. He has his own 90-minute session with me and receives his own Decoding Map, with access to the same practitioner supplement directory.
You’re welcome to sit in on each other’s sessions, and I recommend it because it can make it easier to work on your recommendations together. His session and his health information still remain his, and yours remain yours.
Outside your sessions, I don’t share his results, Decoding Map or plan with you, or yours with him, unless the person whose information it is has given me permission. You can each give me that permission in your own health intake form and change your mind at any time. If something I find matters for both of you, what I can do depends on that permission. Where I have it, I’ll talk to you both about it. Where I don’t, I’ll tell each of you what’s relevant to you, and leave the rest with you.
Everything in these terms about lab results, booking, rescheduling and refunds applies separately to his Decoding Session, based on his own dates. If his session is refunded, the refund goes back to the payment method used to pay for it.
5. What needs to happen before your session
Before we meet, I need your completed health intake form and the blood test results I need for your Decoding Session. I can only work on your case when both are with me.
Your health intake form. I’ll send you the link after you buy your session. It’s comprehensive, so it’s worth opening when you have time.
What I need from you. Completing your health intake form and arranging your blood tests are yours to do, and I can’t do either for you. Until both are with me, I can’t read your case or offer you a date. If they don’t arrive, section 8 explains what happens to your session and your payment.
The form also asks for your consent to my using your health information, and for a male partner it asks him to accept these terms. Both are required, because I can’t work on your case without them.
Your blood tests. For me to use your results, they need to:
- have been taken within the last three months
- have been taken fasted
- have been taken on day 2, 3 or 4 of your cycle, where this applies to you. Day 1 is the first day of full red bleeding, not spotting
- include the markers I need, which are listed in the health intake form.
If you aren’t having periods at the moment, the cycle-day requirement doesn’t apply. This might be the case, for example, after stopping the pill, while breastfeeding or if your periods have stopped.
For a male partner, his blood tests need to have been taken fasted and within the last three months.
Semen analysis, for a male partner. A semen analysis isn’t required for his Decoding Session. If he has one from within the last three months, he can send it to me so I can consider it alongside his blood results and health history. If he’d like to have one done, he can tell me and I’ll send him what he needs.
If your existing blood tests give me what I need, I’ll send you your booking link. If I find that something is missing or needs to be repeated, I’ll tell you exactly what I need.
If you need new blood tests, I’ll send you the exact list before you arrange them, along with the information you need to have them done. You can take the list to your doctor, insurer or a private laboratory. Whether your doctor orders any requested tests is their decision. Once I have the results I need, I’ll send you your booking link.
Buying your Decoding Session reserves your place with me, but it doesn’t reserve a particular date. You choose your date once you receive your booking link.
When work on your file starts. Work starts once I have both your completed health intake form and the blood test results I need. I begin reviewing your file and preparing for your session as soon as they arrive. Sections 8 and 9 use that moment, because it’s the point where your purchase stops being a reservation and becomes work I have done for you.
6. Booking your session
You choose your session date using the booking link I send you. The dates you’ll see are the ones I have available, and the earliest is never sooner than I need to read your file properly.
Your Decoding Session takes place by video call. You’ll find the details for joining the call in your booking confirmation.
7. Rescheduling, cancelling or missing your session
If you need to move your session, use the reschedule link in your booking confirmation at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can reschedule as often as you need to within the six-month period in section 8.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or don’t attend, the session counts as used and isn’t refundable. By that point I’ve prepared for your session and reserved the appointment time for you.
If the session doesn’t take place, I won’t produce a Decoding Map, because the Map is based partly on what we discuss during your session.
If something serious or unexpected prevents you from attending, please tell me. I’ll consider what happened and decide what is reasonable in the circumstances.
If you cancel your appointment without choosing another date, I’ll contact you so you can rebook. The six-month period in section 8 still applies.
If I need to cancel your session, I’ll contact you so we can arrange another date. If we can’t find another suitable date, I’ll refund you in full.
8. If your Decoding Session stalls
Blood testing can take time, particularly when tests need to happen on particular days of your cycle. Your Decoding Session doesn’t close simply because arranging your blood tests takes longer than expected.
If I’m waiting for something from you, I’ll follow up more than once before closing your file.
If your file closes before work has started, I’ll write to you offering a full refund, and give you 14 days to tell me whether you’d rather carry on instead. If I don’t hear from you, I’ll refund you.
If your file closes after work has started, your Decoding Session stays yours to book for six months from the date you bought it.
After those six months, your file closes. If you want a Decoding Session after that, you’ll need to make a new purchase.
9. Refunds
For the first 14 days after you buy your Decoding Session, you can change your mind for any reason and I’ll refund you in full. This applies even if I’ve already started work on your file. You can read how to cancel in section 9.6.
After those 14 days, whether you can get a refund depends on whether I’ve started work on your file.
Work starts once I have both your completed health intake form and the blood test results I need. I begin reviewing your file and preparing for your session as soon as they arrive.
9.1 If I haven’t started work on your file. You can cancel and I’ll refund you in full.
9.2 If I’ve started work on your file. After the 14-day cancellation period has ended, there’s no refund once I’ve started work on your file. Your Decoding Session is still yours to book within the six-month period in section 8.
9.3 After your session. There’s no refund once your session has taken place.
9.4 If I decide the Decoding Session isn’t right for you. If something in your health intake form tells me that the Decoding Session isn’t appropriate for you at that point, I’ll contact you personally. This may happen, for example, if you’re pregnant or if something in your health information means I think a different kind of support should come first. If I decide not to provide the Decoding Session for this reason, I’ll refund you in full, regardless of when that happens.
9.5 If I have to cancel. If I have to cancel your Decoding Session and we can’t find another suitable date, I’ll refund you in full.
9.6 Changing your mind within 14 days. You can cancel your Decoding Session for any reason within 14 days of buying it. If you do, I’ll refund you in full, even if I’ve already started work on your file.
To cancel, use the withdrawal link in your receipt email, or email me at hola@angelsperez.com and tell me you’d like to cancel.
I’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used to pay.
If you live in the European Union, you already have a legal right to this 14-day cancellation period. I offer the same 14-day cancellation period to all my clients, wherever they live.
9.7 If you withdraw your consent for me to use your health information. I can’t provide your Decoding Session without using your health information, so if you withdraw your consent, I won’t be able to continue.
If you withdraw it within 14 days of buying your Decoding Session, I’ll refund you in full. After that, I’ll refund you in full if I haven’t started work on your file. If I’ve already started work, there’s no refund.
9.8 Other refunds. Apart from the circumstances set out above, or where the law gives you a right to a refund, I don’t otherwise refund a Decoding Session.
10. What the Decoding Session is, and what it isn’t
The Decoding Session is a nutritional therapy service. I look at your lab results alongside your cycle, symptoms and health history and use that information to make personalised recommendations about nutrition, supplements and lifestyle.
It isn’t a medical consultation. I don’t diagnose diseases, disorders or medical conditions, and the Decoding Session doesn’t replace medical care.
How I use your blood results. I interpret your results within the scope of nutritional therapy and use my own clinical criteria to consider what may be relevant to your nutrition and fertility. The ranges and criteria I use may differ from the reference ranges printed on your laboratory report. They aren’t diagnostic ranges, and I don’t use them to diagnose or rule out disease or any other medical condition.
Your doctor remains the right person to interpret your results medically and to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
If I see something I think needs medical attention, I’ll tell you and explain why. I won’t diagnose it or try to manage it outside my scope. Following it up with your doctor is yours to do.
Please don’t stop or change medication or other treatment prescribed by your doctor without discussing it with them.
What I can assess depends on the information you give me. You’re responsible for giving me accurate and complete information about your health history and for sending complete and accurate test results. Missing or inaccurate information may affect the recommendations I’m able to make.
Your Decoding Map is prepared for you. You can share it with your partner or with healthcare professionals involved in your care. Please don’t publish it, distribute it more widely, or use it as health advice for another person.
11. Risk and liability
As a Nutritional Therapist (CNM Diploma with Distinction, College of Naturopathic Medicine) and Certified Nutrition Consultant (Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition), I need to make the following clear:
- The Decoding Session supports your health through nutritional education and personalised recommendations about food, lifestyle and non-medicinal nutritional supplements.
- Any observations I make within the service are nutritional therapy observations, not conclusions about your medical status.
- The Decoding Session doesn’t replace medical care. Responsibility for your medical diagnosis and treatment remains with you and your medical practitioners.
- Supplements and any other products I recommend are paid for separately and aren’t included in the price of your Decoding Session.
- Taking part in the service, and deciding whether to follow my recommendations, are your choices.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law doesn’t allow me to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer.
12. No guarantees
I can’t guarantee pregnancy or any other particular outcome from the Decoding Session.
Nutrition is one part of fertility, not the whole of it. Your age, medical history, your partner’s health, timing, how your body responds, and sometimes factors we simply can’t identify all play a part. We can work with the things nutrition can influence. We can’t control everything that determines whether a pregnancy happens.
What I provide is my professional assessment of the information you share with me, and personalised recommendations based on that assessment. You decide whether and how to follow those recommendations.
13. Your information
How I collect and use your personal and health information is explained in two documents.
My Privacy Policy covers information I collect before you buy a Decoding Session. My Client Privacy Notice covers the information I use to provide your service after you buy. Before you share health information with me, I’ll also ask for the consent I need to use it.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms have a version number and date at the top. The version in force when you make your purchase is the version that applies to it.
If I change these terms later, the new version applies only to purchases made after the change.
15. The law that applies
These terms are governed by Estonian law.
If you’re a consumer living in another country, this doesn’t take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law that applies to you, or any right you have to bring a claim in the courts available to you under that law.

Model cancellation form
Section 9.6 explains how to cancel, and an email is enough. You don’t need this form. It’s here because the EU consumer rules require me to make it available, which is also why it reads formally and asks for postal details. You’re welcome to paste it into an email.
